Jesse's Top 10 Dog Collars

10. rhinestone collars: These very feminine collars are great for tiny dogs. You know the kind that enjoy staying in thier owners purse. Think Paris Hilton or Nicole Ritchie for this typre of dog style.

9. Striped dog collars: Great for any dog. Both male and female dogs can benefit from a striped collar. Another perk is there are many many different brand and color combinations that would fit into this category.

8. "Dog themed" Collars: Who wouldn't want Fido in a bone or frisbee themed collar? These types of fabrics are some of the most popular in sales becasue it is a logical jump for dog accesories.

7. Choke collars: While these are not the most popular, or even the most humane types of collars, many owners see these types of collars as a plus. A Choke collar is good for badly behaving dog, or dogs sinply run after every little thing they see outside.

6. Harness Collars: A little better than a choke collar, Harness collars go around the full body of a dog. These types of collars are really beneficial for larger dogs, especially when the owner is a child or smaller person. harness collars help tremendously with the walking of your dog.

5. "Snoopy" themed collar: Everyone loves Snoopy and his pal Woodstock. This specialty collar obviously looks the best on beagle, as sort of an inside joke, but Snoopy collars can work on any type of dog.

4. "Batman" collars: Both of my dogs have Batman themed collars, one in black and one in red. Again going with the well known childhood theme of cartoons, these kinds of collars will make your dog stand out in a park and will get you a lot of attention and questions about the dog.

3. Spiked collars: Spiked collars are mainly used to dress male dog, but every now and then you see a femme fetale dog who likes a little danger. Spiked collars are perfect for the man's man dog, such as Dobbermans or German Shepards.

2 Rainbow collars: This type of collar is perfect for an owner who changes their mind a good amount. It would be a versatile kind of design that would please both an older generation as well as a younger one. This also works due to the fact it would look good on any size or breed of dogs.

1. Pink Dog Collars: Everyone should have a pink collar for their dogs, even the male dogs. Pink is a nice soft color that symbolizes hope to many people. Even if your dog is a giant of a breed, by placing a pink collar on them, people will think your dog is more gentle that he or she might be.
